Kristy Hislop, CPA, CA | Director and Leadership Advisor | The Siegfried Group, LLP
Kristy serves as a Leadership Advisor to financial executives in the Houston Market, helping clients become successful leaders in their organizations. Prior to working at Siegfried, Kristy was a Manager at PwC in their assurance practice. Kristy has served in a number of leadership positions at PwC, in the Houston community and now is part of the national leadership team at Siegfried.
Kristy is originally from Canada and moved to Houston in 2013. In free her free time, Kristy enjoys being outdoors and being active while spending time with her family and friends.

Rob, an Associate Director and Leadership Advisor, passionately guides financial leaders in and around the Houston, TX area to excellence where it matters most. Rob studied accounting at the University of North Florida and began his career at Deloitte. In early 2011, he joined Siegfried, an entrepreneurial company that helps people transform themselves into better leaders to exponentially improve their lives.
He has served in a variety of leadership roles at Siegfried and nurtures a true passion for the accounting and finance industry. Dedicated to helping others, he motivates members of the profession to be the very best versions of themselves — at work and at home. With a unique combination of confidence, determination, and ambition, Rob encourages those around him to celebrate small wins that make a difference and to develop a healthy mindset that fuels growth. Outside of the office, Rob enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf.
